About US

Prophecy Index is a non-denominational Christian prophecy site that aims to educate its users and readers on the vast array of end times prophecies, both modern and biblical, from a Christian perspective with a goal towards Salvation in Jesus Christ and an encouraging of believers to look up and be ready, for Christ is coming soon.  As such we hope to provide you with a multitude of proofs, teachings, supporting verses and other useful information to help you better understand the end times, and perhaps even convince others that the end of days is hear.

Prophecy Index is also a user centered site, and as such we depend on your input, submissions, insights and more to help not only keep everything up to date, but also ensure a good, accurate selection of prophecies for everyone to use and research. We are not the end all, be all of end times prophecy. We're merely an index. But it's up to God, and ultimately you and your participation in this site, to help us be the best at this that we can. We also greatly covet all of your prayers for this ministry.  If you wish to contact us about anything, please feel free to use our "Report a Problem" form above. It's useful for reporting more than just problems. :)

Also, if you've come here and you don't know Jesus as your Lord and Savior, allow me to share a brief moment with you in regards to that.  If you don't know Jesus and/or you're not saved, you're missing out on so much.  Jesus wants to save you from Hell, a horrible, terrible place that everyone will go, unless you are saved by His sacrifice on the cross.  But why is this true?  Why will you go to Hell if you are without Christ in your life?  The answer is simple.

Romans 3:23: for all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.

First, you must understand that you are a sinner.  We all are, from the greatest to the least.

Romans 6:23: For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord.

Second, you must understand that the wages of sin, ie the consequences, is death.  Yes, death.  Eternal death.  Not just physical, but spiritual as well.  It is eternal banishment in Hell forever separated from God and everyone you love and everything you cherish.  Total, absolute isolation and tormented separation without end.  The ultimate solitary confinement.  But do not despair, for there is hope.

Romans 5:8: But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: That while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

Even before we knew we were sinners, lost and without God, He (The Father) sent His only son Jesus to die for everyone from the greatest to the least of all people, even you, a very long, long time before you were ever born.  Yes, He cared enough for you and loved you so much that He sent Jesus to die in your place, and take your punishment upon Himself.  Yes, Jesus loved you so much that when He was sent He went gladly, knowing beforehand the incredible pain and suffering He would have to endure on your behalf.  That is true love, far above anything that exists in this world, and is the truest love of all.

Romans 10:9-10: That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.

So how can you be saved?  You must give over ALL of your trust to God, believe that Jesus is Lord of all, and believe that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved.  If you wish to pray right now and ask Jesus into your heart, begin by confessing to God that you are a sinner deserving of Hell, and you repent (ie, turn away) from all of your sins, and then ask Jesus to come into your heart and to save you and to forgive you of all of your sins and you will be saved!  It's that simple!!

If you've just prayed that prayer, praise God and welcome to the family!  Now, as a new believer there are two things you should do right away.  1) Confess your new found faith to at least two people, 2) find a bible and begin reading it, 3) begin praying to God daily, and 4) find a good, bible believing church in your area and begin attending.  Put yourself under their leadership and learn all you can.  The change it will bring to your life will be amazing!  The love of Christ in your life even more so. :)

Amos 3:7
Surely the Lord God will do nothing, but he revealeth
his secret unto his servants the prophets.
