Summary: There will be a 10.0 earthquake on the New Madrid faultline. This will be the biggest earthquake in history to date. It will bring down all of the bridges on the Mississippi river preventing travel from east to west. The army will try to raise temporary bridges to fix this, but it won't solve the issue. So they'll try to fly in food and supplies. The government and the economy will be shut down at this time, either because of the quake, or just before the quake. This will bring about great death.
