This prophecy tells of a present and possibly future major discovery of oil in Israel that will make her rich. This will include offshore oil and oil within their land. As of present Israel has already made numerous discoveries of massive fields of oil. And not just any oil, but rather the best, purest kind that requires the least refining. At their present rate of development, they should be fully oil independent by the end of 2015, and a primary exporter within four years.
