This prophecy speaks of a time, or possibly multiple times (the latter is the more likely given history so far) where coin shortages will be occurring, where hard change, namely coins, as well as dollar bills (1's, 5's, and 10's mostly) will become hard to get a hold of. The purpose of the shortages (artificial as they are, and will be) is to push everyone away from cash and to an all digital currency system where you can be easily controlled. Note, these shortages have already happened twice, once in 2020, and once in 2021, and still somewhat continue to occur even now.
